VeriDiritti 2009: the programme ( the 31 May 2009 )

VeriDiritti 2009 will take place June the 5th in Lugano, at the University's Auditorium.

at 17:30 focus on Africa and the difficulties children gace growing up in a reality made of poverty, hunger and war.

Our guests will be:
Pierre Kabeza, teacher and union leader from Democratic Republic of the Congo
Manon Schick, Amnesty International 
Daniele Piazza, journalist and volonteer at radio Hirondelle

at 20:45 focus moves over to the conflict in the Middle East, and the daily life of people living in Gaza.

Our guests will be:
Avraham Burg, former left wing Israeli Knesset member and peace activist.
Gianluca Grossi, free lance journalist
